The Rocky Mountain Political Law Institute envisions a country where citizens and communities are equipped with the knowledge needed to compete with the wealthy and powerful in the public arena.

RMPLI was formed to help break down the barriers that some people face when trying to actively participate in government decision-making and the political process as a whole.
